Independent Legal Advice

We provide independent legal advice (ILA) means providing  legal counsel separate and independent from all other parties involved in your legal matter to ensure that you receive advice that is objective and unbiased and free from conflicts of interest.  ILA is often required for family law agreements, to ensure they are enforceable in court.
